How long will it take my item to ship after placing my order?

Items will be shipped out in 1-3 days after ordering. Processing time does not include weekends. Only weekdays.

Can I take different supplements together? (EX. Can I take the capsules and droplets or the gummies and capsules at the same time?)

NO, you should never mix the supplements together. The capsules, droplets, or gummies should never be taken at the same time due to the different mix of ingredients. It can potentially cause a decrease in your breastmilk supply.

When will I receive updated tracking information? 

Once your shipping label is created you will receive an email with your updated tracking information. Labels are not printed until the day of the order being shipped.

Can I use these lactation supplements while pregnant?

No, lactation supplement should NEVER be taken while pregnant.

 

How do I know these supplements will work for me?

The supplements will only work if you do your part along with taking them. Remember the more milk you remove, the more milk your body will make.  

 

Are the ingredients in the supplements safe for my baby?

Yes, the ingredients are natural and GMO free. Also vegan / vegetarian friendly.

How long after I book a lactation consultation will it take for someone to reach out to me to schedule a date and time?

You will be contacted via email by COB after you have requested a lactation consultation so that a date and time can be scheduled. Same day appointments can vary due to availability. 

 

Can I continue to take my prenatal vitamins combined with these supplements?

Yes, if you're a breastfeeding mama you should ALWAYS continue to take prenatal vitamins to prevent post-partum hair loss .
